CAA Forms Online
RHA members have access to over 50 different forms, notices and brochures used throughout a tenancy. These forms are published by the California Apartment Association (CAA) and reviewed by industry experts, including landlord/tenant attorneys, professional property managers and the full-time staff of RHA and CAA.
Directions for using most forms are included. For further instructions on the use of forms, consider enrolling in one of several RHA property management courses.
Accessing CAA Forms Online - Free
To access the free CAA Forms Online via the CAA website, you must be a member of RHA and have your CAA user name and password. If you do not know your CAA user name and password, please contact the RHA office. Click here to access the Forms section on the CAA website.
Purchasing printed forms and brochures
To order quantities of printed forms and brochures, contact the RHA office. You also may place an order by faxing an order form to the RHA office. Click here to view the Retail Products Order Form.
Subscribing to CAA Fill-out Forms Online - $79 per year
CAA’s Online Fill-out Forms service allows you to prepare forms online, then export them to either Microsoft Excel or PDF format. Forms completed online may be saved for up to 180 days. You also can print or email them for your signature or your prospective resident’s signature. Unlimited access to the CAA Online Fill-out Forms service costs $79 per year.
